Take the U4 from Vienna to Spittelau. Look for the bus signs for 35A in the direction of Salmannsdorf. It takes 26 minutes to get from Spittelau to Salmansdorfer Strasse. Stay on the 35A until the last stop or end station where the bus turns around. When getting off the bus, walk up the hill. Take the small road on the right (Sulzweg) and continuing up the hill, turn left on Maulberschgasse. At the top of the road the school will be ahead. The main entrance to the school is the wooden stairway on Salmannsdorfer Strasse. It is approximately 7 min. walk to the AIS school from the 35A bus stop.

Take the A1 towards Salzburg. Take exit A8 or A10 at SALZBURG SUD and proceed in the direction of BERCHTESGADEN. Drive through the first traffic light (near a large gas station) and on the second traffic light at ST. LEONHARD. Turn left at the light, proceed through the small town and further past the large cement factory. On that road, the town NIEDERALM will be entered. The road will end at a T-junction. Turn right and proceed over the bridge. Turn left at the road marked LANDESSPORTZENTRUM RIF shortly after the bridge. After approximately 300 meters, turn right to the sports center. This road will take you directly past the golf course and to the center’s parking lot.

*Directions to AIS Salzburg School*
Take the A1 to Salzburg. Take exit SALZBURG MITTE. Turn off in the direction of the city center (ZENTRUM) Drive straight ahead through several traffic lights and intersections. The road is MUCHNER BUNDESSTRASSE. Proceed for approximately 3 km to an intersection (light) at the RUDOLF-BIEBL-STRASSE. Turn right Proceed straight ahead, through the underpass for the train tracks. Continue through the next 2 traffic lights. After the second light, the street turns into MOOSSTRASSE. Continue straight ahead for approximately 3 km to the school (large yellow building on the right) across the street from the only church on MOOSSTRASSE.

*From the RIF Gym to AIS Salzburg School*
To drive from the LANDESSPORTZENTRUM RIF to AIS SALZBURG, retrace the steps above back towards ST. LEONHARD. At the intersection, continue straight ahead instead of turning right. After 2 km the road leads to the town GRODIG. Follow the road through the town until there is a turn off to the left towards GLANEGG and FURSTENBRUNN. Turn left here and proceed approximately 2 km until entering the town of GLANEGG. Turn right at the T-junction towards SALZBURG and proceed immediately over the bridge. The street is now MOOSSTRASSE and should drive approximately 3 km until the school across the street from the only church on the right.

Take A4 towards Bratislava. Carry on the B9 toward HAINBURG to BERG
Go to the Slovak border near PETRZALKA. From the border follow the signs to BRNO/ZILINA. There is a turn off for this freeway about 1 km from the border crossing. Cross over the DANUBE on the LAFRANCONI BRIDGE Then go to DEVIN/KARLOVA VES Then at the first exit make a right to DUBRAVKA.

Take the A4 towards Budapest. Follow signs into Hungary.
Once into Hungary follow the M1. Exit the E75 the BUDAKESZI, TOROKBALINT exit from M1. Go in the direction of BUDAKESZI As you enter BUDAKESZI, turn right on FO STR. Keep on going straight through the city. After leaving BUDAKESZI, turn left towards NAGYKOVACSI before the bridge. After the left turn, the street is now SZEPJUHASZNE STR. This is a curly road. Keep on going to the end, turn to the left here. This is NAGYKOVACSI road. Keep on going straight until the school is on the left.

Leave ICSV and take roads toward Flughafen (airport). Continue on that Autobahn for 2 + hours. Approximately 45 km on the Wien side of Budapest: Take the M1 freeway to the MO ( sign shows toward Szeged) go to the Érd/Diósd exit.  At the end of the exit turn right. This will be the Balatoni highway or route 7 or 70 depending on your map. You will come to a stop light (on the left there will be a MOL gas station) go through the light and then make a right turn at the next street. This will be Hunyadi.  The school will be on the left when you turn right onto Hunyadi.  When you come to the school someone will give you directions to the gym.

You come in on the A4 Autobahn. As you approach Vienna proper, you will exit A4 and take A23 north.  The sign will indicate cities such as Prag and Brno. A23 is going to take you across the Danube River.  You will take the 2 nd of the exits on the right in the direction of KAGRAN; DONAUZENTRUM. It is the 2 nd of the 3. You come to the first main intersection (I believe it is the 2 nd light) and you can turn left onto Erzherzog Karl Strasse OR continue straight with Donaustadtstrasse. Be free! In either case, after just 1/2km you come to Wagramerstrasee, at which you will turn left. You are on this Wagramerstrasse only long enough until you cross over old part of the Donau. Make sure you are in the right hand lane ready to turn right onto Artbeiterstrandstrasse (it is the first turn possible after crossing over river.) Go for only one block. The SPORTCENTER DONAU CITY complex is on the left.

Get off the U3 at Kendlerstrasse. Exit out at Kendlerstrasse (the direction the train is going) Club Danube Ottakring is in the P & R on Kendlerstrasse.
